Tap on your profile picture and go to the 'Settings' option. From there select the 'Privacy' option. If you select 'My Contacts' from 'Who Can Call Me' in the 'Calls' section, no one else can call you on imo except the saved number.
You can turn off the call recording or screen recording option to ensure security while talking on imo via video call. This way no one can record you from the other end using the screen recorder option. No one can take a screenshot of the call either. If one tries, the screen will go black by itself.

Check Regularly Logged in Devices
