Banglalink has launched e-SIM, let's know its benefits
Banglalink has launched e-SIM, let's know its benefits
So let's know the details-
What is e-SIM?
So first we need to know what is E-SIM? E-SIM is an embedded SIM, i.e. a type of SIM, which does not require any SIM card to be inserted into the phone. It also reduces the use of plastic. The whole world is moving towards green technology. If I explain in very simple language then you will understand clearly.
Suppose, the smartphone you are using supports e-SIM. If you scan the QR code of the e-SIM in that phone, then that SIM will be installed in your phone immediately. And all the data of that SIM will come to your phone and you can use it easily.
What is required for Banglalink E-SIM?
To collect this e-SIM you have to go to Banglalink customer care. And can purchase this e-SIM by contacting the customer representative. So if you want you can replace your old SIM and collect e-SIM. In that case, whether the SIM is new or old, when you buy or replace it, but there will be no more SIM, then the scan of the QR code will be converted into a card. One thing always remember that you can use this QR code scan card only 2 times in a year.

Example: Suppose your phone supports e-SIM. You have somehow managed the e-SIM and installed it on your phone. But suddenly your phone is stolen or lost or damaged. Or if you restart your phone. Now you will use that SIM in another phone but again you have to install QR code. So, after scanning your QR code once and this time twice, you can scan it even if you want. You can scan the QR code maximum 2 times in the same year.
Now let's go to the customer care to collect the e-SIM, what will be required? The person in whose name the SIM will be purchased must be physically present. Because there you have to complete the registration by biometric method and you will need his NID card along with it. The process is the same for buying a new SIM and replacing an old SIM.
How do I know where Banglalink customer care is in my city?
To know this, go to your phone's message option and type 'INFO' and send it to 2273. The return message will tell you where Banglalik Customer Care is located near you. From there you can easily purchase e-SIM or replace old SIM.
