Facebook Account Verification for Only 1200 Taka – New Feature of Meta
Twitter's 'Twitter Blue' subscription is now the talk of the town. Through this feature users are getting blue verification badge along with some additional features. It has been rumored for a long time that Meta might bring a similar feature called “Meta Verified” to Facebook and Instagram. Finally this rumor is coming true.
Mark Zuckerberg shared the news on the newly launched broadcast channel on Sunday. This subscription package will include Blue Badge, additional impersonation protection and direct access to customer support.
Zuckerberg said that the authenticity and security of the service will increase through this feature. The subscription will initially be tested in Australia and New Zealand. Later, the Meta Verified feature will be introduced in other countries gradually.
Users will have to pay $15 per month for Meta Verified, which can be subscribed to using the company's iOS and Android apps. However, the subscription plan can be purchased from the web by paying a monthly fee of $12, since the app store does not have to pay commission on the web, so the feature can be enjoyed at a lower price. 12 dollars is currently equal to 1264 rupees. The feature can be enjoyed on Instagram and Facebook accounts on the same plan.
However, users must fulfill certain conditions to enjoy Meta Verified. Meta says only users 18 years of age or older can access the feature. Besides, any ID issued by the government with Facebook and Instagram profile name and picture must be provided.
Note that profile name, username, date of birth or picture cannot be changed after verification. Note that if you want to change the information, you will have to go through the verification process again. Accounts that were previously verified for their identity will remain verified.
Along with blue badges and search priority, verified subscribers will be awarded 100 free stars by Meta, a digital currency that can be used to tip creators on Facebook. Subscription also comes with special sticker packs for use in Stories and Reels.
Rumors that Meta was working on a paid verification service first started when reverse engineer Alessandro Paluzzi discovered codes like “paid blue badge” and “identity verification”. Meta first published a detailed subscription Instagram support page, but it was later taken down after Zuckerberg's post.
