No additional setup is required. And if your keyboard is USB keyboard then you need to use dongle. With USB OTG dongle you can easily connect the normal USB keyboard to the mobile. You have to use the dongle according to the port of your smartphone. So first check if your phone is using Micro USB or Type C port. Accordingly you need to collect the dongle. There are different types of dongles for iPhone as well.

Whether dongle or wireless, your keyboard doesn't require complicated setup. You can immediately start using the keyboard normally. There are even different models of keyboards in the market that offer different features for mobile typing. So if you want to type real you can use this method.

Morse Code Typing

It is basically a method of typing through morse code for disabled people which is provided in mobile. You must already know Morse code to type this way. You can easily get this typing feature from Gboard. To turn it on you need to go to Settings > Languages & input from the Gboard app. Then you need to select Gboard from Virtual keyboard. Then from the Languages option you need to find Morse code and select it and press Done. Only then you will get the option to type in Morse code from Gboard.

Voice Typing

Voice typing is a great way to type on mobile. It is said to be the easiest way to type on mobile as you don't have to get used to anything else. This works best if you are in a quiet place. In this way, typing will continue from what you say through the typing engine. But if your pronunciation is not clear, many words will be wrong.
